We are pleased to invite you to participate in the International Scientific Conference “Leadership and Human Resources Development”, organized by University Centre for Conflict Management and Organizational Research, the Department of “Social, Organizational, Clinical and Educational Psychology“, Faculty of Philosophy, Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski“.

The main topics in the conference are focused on the research and application perspectives and tendencies in work and organizational psychology, and human resources management in the business, public, educational and social sphere, politics and security.

Conference materials will be published in electronic edition “Leadership and Human Resources Development” of University Press “St. Kliment Ohridski”. The papers should be written in Bulgarian, Russian or English and each participant could present maximum two papers (leading author or co-author).

Total volume – maximum 8 pages.

Formatting of the paper should be:

• Title – Font Size 14, Center, Bold;

• Full name of the author (authors), academic title, institution – Font Size 14, Center, Bold;

• Blank line;

• Abstract – Font Size 10, First Line: 1 cm, Bold;

• Blank line;

• Text of the paper – Font Size 12;

The text of the paper must be in accordance with the following requirements:

Font – Times New Roman 12;

• Page Setup – Top: 25 mm, Bottom: 25 mm, Left: 25 mm, Right: 25 mm;

• Paper Size – A4;

• Line Spacing – Single;

• First Line: 1 cm.

The charts must have numbers and captions – above, aligned right ;

The graphics must have numbers and captions – below, aligned right;

References in the text should be in round brackets, in the following form: (Family name of the author, Year of issue, Page (pages))

Bibliography goes at the end of the paper, in the following form:
